There is a relationship between humans and nature, a relationship that is inextricably linked—we exist dependent on each other, and this organic and minimalist luxury villa is the perfect embodiment of organic architecture and the sheer beauty and satisfaction it can give to us. Let’s take a look at the components, shall we?
Minimalist Architecture
The style of minimalist architecture, as the name suggests, is simple: less is more. Like Mies van der Rohe famously said.
By exhibiting restraint, this Luxury Villa is celebrating only the features that matter. It is the most honest kind of architecture since all its components are there to see.
The color of this Villa is monolithic and bold—a primary feature of minimalist designs. The materials also tell a story of their own and stand out independently in the entire plan.
The geometry of the building consists of visible, straight lines that are easy on the eye and to create an essential element of design that is harmony. No complications like you may find in styles like cubism.
The concrete is very light (almost white) orche color, and the entire space is built-in glass with rectangular mullions
Organic Architecture—dancing with nature
Merely looking at this luxury villa, you can already picture its relationship with nature. And it is a breathtaking view.
The extended glass covers the entire building, and there are little or no walls—Just frame columns for support and shape. This takes the connection to nature a top-notch because anywhere you are in this villa, you will have a great view of the rocks, the trees, and the entire ambiance.
With support from steel columns and support trellises, the front terrace of the villa cantilevers impressively on top of the rock. The terraces above and below also cantilevers beautifully with reinforced concrete and glass railings that exist as enclosures for space.
Judging by the location of the luxury villa, there will be an outstanding view of the sunset in the front balcony. The southwest trade wind side also blends with the vegetation; expect constant waves of the cool breeze. It is truly remarkable.
Influence
There is a stark resemblance of this minimalist luxury villa with the famous Falling waters of Frank Lloyd Wright.
The architecture is both organic and minimalist; just like the falling waters, the color choice, cantilevers, and building orientation all have the same pattern of the famous building.
There are various luxury villa designs, and the minimalist luxury villa is pretty unique with its blend of nature and simplicity—combining the style of two famous architects in Mies Van see Rohe and Frank Lloyd Wright.
