The Pine House is a project on a series of small apartments (typically made for a couple or an individual) that are available for rent.
The landscape, the natural elements, basically everything about the Baltic coast, is nothing short of breathtaking. Not to mention the vibrant nightlife. Clear skies. The unfiltered view of the valley and the sea.
The Baltic coast, like Disneyland, is where everybody wants to be. And when you are there, you’ll need a place to stay. This is where the project Pine House comes in.

—The Exterior
The small houses are located right in the heart of nature—surrounded by healthy vegetation along the Baltic coast.
The mini-apartments utilizes incredibly minimalist architecture with a unique design to create a beautiful space for living.
Each apartment is designed for a couple or a single person. Ideally, the number shouldn’t exceed this. And this is evident in the floor plan design
The front elevation is an open glass wall with projecting timber frames to create additional space for a terrace or outdoor relaxation. The timber frame is tilted 45° facing upward into the sky with the upper floor wall also totally glazed.
The utility of this design is to maximize viewing of the landscape around the apartment and connect the building with the atmosphere in a typical organic architecture style.
The upper floor, which consists of the bedroom and a living lounge, is connected to the ground floor with a staircase. The cantilevered floor projecting from the outdoor porch is supported by steel trellises that hold the structure firmly into the ground.
Finally, due to its design and location, the pine house will enjoy pure and fresh natural air and also do not need to expend energy during the day because of the fully activated daylighting feature with the glazed windows.

The interior of the pine house is an exquisite and modernist style of interior that makes the space enchanting. The material used also blends nicely with its ambiance. The cushion is an elegant black that matches the little coffee table and the robust color of the mahogany wallboards. The dining table is also made from the same material
Not content with the abundance of nature on the outside, the Pine house have flowers and plants in a very expressive vase to give the interior a natural feel about it.
