So, what is the Noir made up of? And what is its purpose? So glad you asked
There are Five luxury bedrooms in the Noir with large openings that inspire openness and full connectivity to the natural environment. The large terraces on each floor are spacious for outdoor relaxation and also provide a frame for the vertical gardening to grow on.
In addition to five bedrooms, there are 3 lounges, an expressive pool and spa with a transparent glass bottom above the basement, eight bathrooms, a home office, gym + sauna, and finally clear and unobstructed views of city made possible because of its large openings
The most remarkable feature of the Noir, and we’re saving the best for the last, is the basement. Totally breathtaking.
The structural and well-designed basement can house 12 cars and has a mini bar with kitchenette attached—you know, just in case the guys want to have a good time without their wives.
