If I am not mistaken, I have been to this city on five different occasions. I guess you are wondering why I love this particular city. London is famous for its blossom summer season, asides this; the ambiance around the city is one to kill for. London is home to most revered Buckingham palace. Awesome festivals such as beer week, pancake day, and St. Patrick’s day remains the reason for London being the number on this travel destination list. Other enjoyable sites to visit are the tower of London, tower bridge, the London Eye, and the big ben. In your best interest, pack a light jacket/cardigan and limit your stay to 2-3 days to avoid getting stranded on cash.
2. Prague
This is yet another beautiful travel destination, even though I have not been here, my friends have told me a 1001 cool stuffs about it. Prague is known for its unique Braque buildings and notable monuments such as the Vysherad castle. From my findings, it is best to visit between May and September. Unlike in London, I can assure you it’s budget-friendly. When you plan to take a summer break next, you will do yourself a lot of good visiting this Czech-town. You might also want to take a ride on the Horse cart ride near Old town Square. Above all, the people are warm and quite receptive to visitors. I totally recommend this city as your next travel destination.
3. Playa Del Carmen
I know this is probably your first time hearing of this beautiful town in the heart of Mexico. To enjoy this one of a kind town with its beach scenery, you should schedule your visit between December to April. Upon visiting, make sure to visit Yucatan for its cheap and sumptuous food. At Cenote Azul or Dos Ojos, you can experience snorkeling at its peak. If properly planned, 3 to 4 days should do for you to tour the town. In everything you do, be mindful of the spicy food. That said, I feel this town should be on your long list of travel destinations.
4. Cappadocia
My personal experience in Cappadocia was thrilling and exhilarating. This particular town presents that subtle mix of ancient and modern-day Turkey. The caves and unique rocks formation is another sight to behold. It is not just a summer travel destination; a romantic honeymoon in this city would not be a bad idea either. The trademark Islamic inscriptions attest to how old the caves have been. One of the attractive features of this town is the always filled sky with hot air balloons. Do well to visit this wonderful place between April and May to witness why it retains the number four spot on our travel destination in summer.
5.Pokhara
When you are thinking of a stunning mountain view, then Pokhara is your best bet travel destination. Despite being underestimated among popular and famous travel destinations, I think its high time we gave the city of mountains the accolades it deserves. If you are looking for pure adventure, then this place is perfect for you. Either solo or as a couple, you would love the mountain climb experience. With its snow-covered mountains, paragliding is just the ideal sport for this place. Plan your trip between April and June to witness the best this destination has to offer. To cap it all, you do not need to break the bank to visit this place.
